The waterlogging in the Mohunpura market area of Sri Vijaya Puram (formerly Port Blair) continues to disrupt daily life whenever even a brief spell of heavy rain lashes the city. This happened on Monday again and the area got virtually submerged due to a choked drainage system that remained unaddressed despite repeated public complaints.
